My name is Yana Hempler and I'm a  certified personal trainer, small group trainer, running coach and nationally published fitness writer.

My work has appeared in Canadian Running Magazine, Independent Sports News, CVV Magazine, and Ageless Living Magazine. I've also been interviewed on every local media station for my work with charitable organizations where I use fitness as a way to give back to the community.
