My name is Yana Hempler and I'm a BCRPA certified personal trainer, small group trainer, running coach and an ultra-passionate all-around fitness fanatic.
With every session, I strive to deliver a fun experience where I teach people lifelong skills that will help them reach their fitness goals, regardless of what those goals may be.
Not only that, but I also make my sessions very affordable and find ways to make it work for everyone who is serious about making a commitment to changing their lives for the better, getting healthier and achieving the types of personal bests that they have always dreamed of.
You won't see me promoting fad diets and quick fixes.
